In the Acolyte Ministry our young people serve as active leaders in our worship service.

Acolytes perform a very important function in the church by bringing the light of God and the crucifix into the sanctuary at the beginning of the worship service and carrying the light of God out into the world at the end of the services. The candles the acolytes light for the service remind worshippers that God is with us. They assist the Pastor during the worship service and on special occasions like Christmas and Easter. This special ministry is one way that young people can provide service to the church.
